Guidelines for Submission to Anusandhanvallari Journal

Anusandhanvallari Journal welcomes original and unpublished research that contributes to the understanding and advancement of Indian knowledge systems, philosophy, literature, culture, and interdisciplinary studies. We invite scholars, academicians, researchers, and practitioners to submit their work in accordance with the guidelines provided below.

1. Scope of Submissions

The journal accepts scholarly articles in the following areas:

  • Indian Philosophy and Thought

  • Sanskrit, Hindi, and Indian Language Literature

  • Ancient and Traditional Sciences (Ayurveda, Mathematics, Astronomy, etc.)

  • Linguistics and Classical Languages

  • Cultural Studies and History

  • Spirituality and Indigenous Practices

  • Environmental Knowledge and Sustainability

  • Indian Pedagogy and Educational Systems

  • Interdisciplinary and Comparative Studies

2. Accepted Languages

  • Sanskrit

  • Hindi

  • English

  • Select regional Indian languages (with an abstract in English)

3. Types of Manuscripts

  • Research Articles (4,000–8,000 words)

  • Review Articles (up to 6,000 words)

  • Short Communications (1,500–3,000 words)

  • Book Reviews / Textual Studies / Critical Notes

4. Manuscript Formatting

Please format your manuscript as follows:

  • File Format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font:

    • Sanskrit: Siddhanta or Times New Roman

    • Hindi: Mangal

    • English: Times New Roman

  • Font Size: 12 pt

  • Line Spacing: 1.5

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

  • Title Page:

    • Article Title

    • Author’s Name

    • Institutional Affiliation

    • Email Address

  • Abstract: 200–300 words (in English, even for non-English articles)

  • Keywords: 5–7 relevant keywords

  • References: APA or Chicago style (be consistent throughout)

5. Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via email to:

Use the subject line: "Submission – [Article Title]"

Attach the following:

  • The main article (anonymous, for blind review)

  • A separate cover page with:

    • Author(s) details

    • Declaration of originality

    • Conflict of interest (if any)

6. Review and Publication Process

  • All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Reviewers assess the paper based on originality, relevance, methodology, and scholarly contribution.

  • Authors will receive reviewer feedback and may be asked to revise and resubmit.

  • Final acceptance is at the discretion of the Editorial Board.

7. Ethics and Originality

  • Submitted work must be original and unpublished.

  • Proper citation of sources is mandatory.

  • Plagiarism or unethical research practices will result in immediate rejection.

  • Articles must not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
