Developmental Plans Implemented for Adopting Information Technology in RTM Nagpur University Nagpur College Library : A Analytical study

Abstract

 Today, along with the industrial revolution of the world, there has been an information revolution. Information Today Information Today Today's era is said to be the information era . In this information era, information has to be made available in modern libraries . This information is being used by teachers , students , researchers , scientists and people in the society and technology is doing the work of delivering this information instantly. Therefore, the technology through which information is delivered to the masses is called information technology. This information technology is being used in every field in modern times. In this article, the background of the study is explained, the objectives of the research , scope , limitations , literature review, research methods, tools for collecting information , challenges of who will benefit from adopting information technology, implementation strategy, conclusions, and future directions will be drawn. Based on the above research, developmental plans implemented for adopting information technology in Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University Nagpur College Library : A analytical study  While collecting information about this, a questionnaire was adopted. In this questionnaire, a questionnaire was distributed to 60 librarians, out of which 20 librarians returned it. In this questionnaire, college library librarians from Nagpur , Wardha , Gondia and Bhandara districts of Nagpur University in Nagpur division were filled in. It has been seen that the adoption of information technology has been maximum in libraries .
