Assessing the Environmental and Occupational Effects of Remote Work Practices: A Sustainable Shift in Post-Pandemic Workforce Dynamic

Abstract
Taking up of a broad vision While this research attempts to cover the multifaceted environmental and occupational health impacts associated with work-from-home (WFH) practices in the post-pandemic workforce; it is conducted by using comprehensive lifecycles of assessment and occupational health monitoring tools. Using activity-based rganizat and greenhouse gas accounting schemes found that remote workers can potentially lessen their carbon footprint as much as 54% than onsite workers and hybrid options showed its carbon footprint decreased by anywhere from 11-29% in the case where a work period contained two to four days of remote work PNAS. However, environmental advantages depend on sustainable configuration of lifestyles, the impacts of information and communication technology are still negligible at the moment when non-commute travel and home energy use are becoming significant factors GreenlyPNAS. This research incorporates carbon footprint measuring resources with virtual ergonomic evaluation resources and comprehensive well-being monitoring systems to provide evidence-based recommendations on sustainable adjustments to the rapport of hybrid workforce crew including optimizing and directive strategies in local energy policy to focus association sustainable commute rganizational, facility downsizing, renewable energy usage and ahead occupational health support systems.
