Abstract

Women’s participation in economic activities has significantly transformed family structures and socio-economic development. This research paper examines the impact of women’s earnings on family lifestyle and children’s education. The study is based on primary data collected from 30 working women in an urban setting. The findings reveal that women’s financial contribution improves household living standards, enhances decision-making power, and leads to greater investment in children’s education. However, challenges such as work-life balance and stress persist. The study concludes that women’s earnings play a vital role in family development and recommends supportive measures to enhance their contribution.
