The advent of big data and advanced analytics has revolutionized Human Resource Management (HRM), enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions that enhance workforce efficiency and strategic alignment. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the key tools utilized in Human Resource (HR) analytics, examining their functionalities, applications, and impact on organizational decision-making. By synthesizing existing literature, this study proposes a conceptual framework that elucidates the interrelationships among these tools and their role in transforming HR data into actionable insights.
